How regulations grow : regulations are assumed to be part of civilized life!!! There is so little confidence in the goodness and wisdom and the resulting continuous improvement of human beings over time. Instead of seeing nobility they (the masses who have been indoctrinated by ego-driven interpreters) see wretchedness.

Monopolies Are Created By The State, Are Part Of Socialism/Fascism.

Without the State institutionalizing monopoly all advantages from creative discoveries will last for a short while as the information about the beneficial knowledge circulates. The Seeds Of Fascism Planted By Socialism.

Bureaucracy is an affliction of largeness in the business world even in a free market economy but the difference is that in a free market economy the inefficiencies caused by the bureaucracy will enable their competitors to flourish causing the bureaucratic firm to lose customers and, to have to downsize thus purging itself from bureaucracy, or fail.

Intervention by the government always creates some barrier that always creates some kind of bureaucracy somewhere. These are the seeds of fascism that are sown by socialism that originates from ego-driven intervention which is motivated by ego-driven interpretation by economic ignoramuses in these, the Dark Ages of economics.
