Undermine Socialism Using The Regression Theorem of Intervention.

FYI, I am not related (as far as I know) to Ernest von Koerber, who was the Prime Minister during the time when Bohm-Bawerk was finance minister. I am just an outsider looking in and so I was interested to hear about Austria from an Austrian economist living in Austria.

My suggestion is to get a law passed that uses the regression theorem of intervention to trace the costs of the criminal interventions back to the individuals who initiated them. Such a law would make it costly for politicians and bureaucrats to give benefits to people, because they themselves would be the ones who would have to pay for their criminal intervention.

Immoral Collectivist Force By Government Unions.

The monopolist government sectors (trash collection, public education, judicial system, etc.) have on their side the monopolistic judicial system. Can a conflict of interest be any more blatant?

Combine that with the protection of the union thugs and their mindless dependents from any interference from 'law' enforcers; since they too are just a part of the extortion racket. The socialist parasites enjoying the monopolistic power of the State are ready to use immoral collectivistic force to try to preserve their socialistic way of life.

Economic equilibrium will soon make their claims ridiculous and will overwhelm the puny (on the day of reckoning) 'power' of the State.

Step By Step Exit From Socialism.

Let those who want to opt out of socialism, even if it is in stages, let them do so. The first step would be to allow some to opt for a 10% income tax with no other socialistic demands either by the government on those individuals or by the individuals who choose this option. In contrast, those who choose to remain under socialism will pay the taxes necessary to support that scourge.

The next step would be to give people a couple of other options: to opt completely out of the government-associated arbitration system and also to choose among competing currencies (with gold and silver being recognized as legal tender). One flaw in the Founders design was the government-associated arbitration system.

The next step would be to give people another option: to opt completely out of the income tax and pay only the taxes and tariffs used to support a limited and constitutionally-amended smaller government.

Those still clinging to the dilapitated socialist system can stay in that impoverished system as long as they choose to do so.

A Chunk Of Patriot Act Parasitism Has Been Sloughed Off!

Civil liberties are not political but what in Washington, DC is not political? It could be said that part of the process of the movement of the pendulum of the human civilization equilibrium is the emergence of brilliant flares of justice despite the oppressive burden of interventionism.

This victory for civil rights has little to do with politics. It has much more to do with the sloughing off of parasites along the inevitable journey towards an ever-advancing civilization!

Unionized Government Workers Is Just Mob Rule!

How ironic that the government has unions. There is no real 'capital' that needs to be balanced by 'labor' so what is the government workers' union except a mob rule institution?

An even broader view shows that the government is, simply stated: the destroyer of capital at all times, at all levels, and therefore it is destructive of an ever-advancing civilization which is the birthright of humanity.
