There are a few brave ones who are in the forefront and what is good about that is that many others will follow.
Restricting the supply of medical professionals may have created a complacency because the rationale is: the fewer there are the more "I" am needed and the more "I" can charge. But once you allow your ego to make you become a pawn of the ego-driven interventionists you are moved around just like a pawn.
If medical professionals do not expose the harmfulness of regulations then, in a strange circle of justice, they will be working in government run clinics and handing out what essentially are death certificates to anyone who is sicker than average!
