Wall Street Journal reports that the government had erroneous model data and that is what they used to encourage BP to drill at 5,000 ft instead of 500 ft.
During an interview with Judge Napolitano, Shep (the interviewer) listened and then went off on a tirade. After his rant, because of his respect for Judge Napolitano and his logic and knowledge of the rule of law, he began to realize the sleaziness of political interference with 'everything.' That is progress. Will Shep learn the principles of classical liberalism and adhere to them and as a result be a conveyor of knowledge instead of propaganda? We'll see.
