The best place for "common sense and moral courage" to become manifest in the world of human action is as the entrepreneurial spirit that is interfacing within the market process. In other words, there are other places but the very best means is the entrepreneural spirit shining within the market process - and since the science of economics is all about determining the best means - this is significant. What will stop the trend toward socialism and despotism is educating people about their subjective nature and the potency of their entrepreneurial spirit and how to transform it from latent to active.
